Alright let's begin on the rules.
1) No dancing or using effect in base
2) No self promoting
3) Respect all workers, even lower ranks then you too
4) No using caps to talk to a higher rank, low ranks too
5) No spamming
6) Do not mimic people 
7) Do not ask for codes 
8) No asking for pay & promotion

Okay, let's start on the commands.
1) FTF - Fill the front ; recruit people & letting people in
2) FTB - Fill the back ; at the back of the room to afk
3) FTS - Fill the security ; Control the security system 
4) FTT - Fill the training ; train the recruits
5) AA - Attention ; Stand infront of the person,wave and say: Yes sir/mam!
6) AE - At ease ; return to what your doing previously
